At Limes Vogue, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. No Return or Exchange on Undergarments
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on ladies’ undergarments, including but not limited to:
Bras
Panties
Lingerie
Shapewear
Bodysuits
Once these items are sold, they are non-returnable and non-refundable.
2. Return Policy for Ladies’ Bags
Returns or exchanges for ladies’ bags are accepted under the following conditions:
The request must be made within [7/14] days of delivery
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Undergarments (for hygiene reasons)
Items marked as Final Sale or Discounted
Used, damaged, or altered products
Items returned without original packaging or tags
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive:
A damaged product
A defective item
An incorrect item
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.
We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
5. Return Process

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions
Items sent back without approval will not be accepted
6. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
Shipping charges are non-refundable

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or store credit
